I am really suffering.. I have what feels like ovarian pain, lower right side and a feeling of fullness and I am very bloated. The pain is such that if I even push on the area very hard it hurts.

I do not trust main stream doctors. I worked at a hospital way too long. I have always tried to take care of myself naturally.

I have been dx in the past with PCOS in the past but was not sure that was a correct dx as I had no other symptoms except ovarian cysts and obesity.

I have since lost about 40 pounds (still about 60# over weight). I have also been told I have everything else from Endometriosis to fibroids.

I have been pretty pain free for a few years.
Recently (about three weeks ago) I started feeling pressure and slight pain.. it has gotten progressively worse and tonight the pain seems to be coming in waves.. it will get very bad and then almost go totally away.. then come again...

I also have an urgency to urinate.. but I have had that feeling before and it has always been due to Endometriosis and or fibroids that push on my bladder. (per a Dr.)..

I don't have a burning sensation or have bad smelling urine.. so I am not sure about a UTI, although I am taking lots of Vit C and Cranberry capsules.

have you ever heard of ovarian pain coming in waves like this? I am 23 days into my cycle.. so I would not think it was do to ovulation..
on a scale of 1-10 the pain gets to about a 5 or 6 for only a few second and then seems to almost go away... I am 44 years old...

any ideas, suggestions or comments are very welcome!!!
