Hello,

Just wondering about other people's experiences in relations to their glands being up with Iodine supplementation. My glands have been up in my neck since starting supplementation. Not too enormous, but noticeably swallon. No interruption with breathing or swallowing and no discomfort.

I started on 1 iodoral daily, and after one week, I am now on 2; week 3.

I feel very good and sleeping much better.

Have others experienced their glands being up? HOw long has it taken for them to go down?
