Hi Steve,

thanks for the information. I have always used olive oil for my cooking. As I mentioned I bought some grapeseed oil. I will use this instead then. It says it can be used for high heat cooking. (It seemed to have a good flavor with my popcorn although I did top it with olive oil and garlic so I can not be absolutely sure.)

As for the rebounder, I have one. I have not used it in quite some time though. Keep meaning to. Hmmm, maybe you are my 'messenger' for the day...that I need to get my 'duff' on it :D. OH and just purchased a total gym yesterday...I am working to use on a consistent basis.
