That inspires me so much. My son also likes to stay up very late and then walks around in a daze in the mornings. I would never get him to willing take iodine, but have resumed spiking things. I could only manage a couple of drops in the water before it was detectable. But did manage to get some in the milk and even my husband drank some last night, completely unawares.

How would you go spiking it in food?
