I've never heard of OxyPowder affecting someones kidneys or affecting someone with diabetes. I would suggest that you speak with your doctor about it prior to use. Also, here is a link to the oxypowder ingredients. I hope this helps. I've never had any problems with Oxypowder, but I also don't suffer from any kidney problems. Good luck to you...
