I'm going to add magnisium to my son's supplements. He said he notice he is urinating more now on the 8 drops of Lugols, and that his urine is darker in colour than usual. So I figure he's going thru some light detoxing. I explained that to him.

He also said his skin is less dry than before. He's had a problem of dry skin to the extent it looked like a skin problem with mottled brown patches. When I bought him Super B-vits to take back to college last year, it helped a great deal.
