You should not fast while pregnant.  If her liver is congested, fasting would not help anyway - she would need a liver flush.  I don't know if you can liver flush while pregnant, probably not, but you should look into it.

Also, check out the pregnancy forums on CureZone.  There might be information on those forums about natural things that you can do while pregnant to help with toxemia.
