What do you think of oil pulling? There is a large forum here on Curezone with many people supposedly having good reults.

I would much rather drink my olive or other oil than swish it in my mouth. I have tried the technique a few times but find if rather nauseating. However if it was good for me I would find a way to do it. I do use alot of organic xtra virgin olive oil in salads etc. Is this enough?
