During my son's converation at 4 am this morning, he said his friend is in early stages of kidney failure. I was stunned.

We've known this guy for years, he's 31, and is not in the best of physical shape. He's a bit overweight, works at a computer, has been active at times, but mostly he's a gamer.

I told my son he should tell him about iodine, come to this forum, go slow, detox may be very hard for him and he needs help and support.

What do you do in this case?
