I have been working on improving my BMs and must say that I feel so much better now. I am having good Bowel movements nowadays and my chronic bloating is very much under control.

I am gonna look into supplementing with Magnesium along with H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) and see the results.

If I am the only one getting this constipated feeling from injesting H2O2, then something is definately wrong with me which needs to be addressed....

BTW, I have done the BIOXY-Cleanse and did not see any drastic improvements. It liquified my bowels. Plus it was over-priced.
