Do not- I repeat - Do not stop cold turkey.

This would be a breach of correct protocol and there may be consequences.

In my case, I was coughing powerfully for about two weeks - a very debilitating experience due to lack of sleep and one I will not quickly forget.

Read McCabe's book. You must wind down slowly to avoid such reactions.

Here is the original protocol but I think the doses could be spaced out more evenly without consequence.

A good maintenance would be 5 - 15 drops per week, depending on the amount of cooked and processed foods you are eating.
