Sorry - Don't know anything about enemas or bags but if you want a good holistic sterilizer use "grape fruit seed extract".

I have put a link below and it will kill bacteria and moulds.

What I dindn't include in my message was that you can use it:-

1) As a vaginal douch (make sure it is not neat or it will burn - only a couple of drops in the water).

2) For oral thrush (of the mouth), again- a few drops in water and rinse two times a day.
