Hello MH,

Please don't get upset with me for asking this but why do you shop at SAMS and why are you drinking and promoting carrot juice from a bottle?

I thought that all vitamins die within seven seconds from the moment the fruit or vegetable is picked plus how do you know that the method used to process the carrot juice is safe?

I thought the only possible benefit from bottled juices were the minerals?
