i'm using clay as well and i plan on using saunas too. i was thinking about using Iodine as well. i don't want to try cilantro yet because i got my fillings out last month and feel i should wait a bit before using something that crosses the blood brain barrier... what other chelators are there? i'm aware of dmsa and sulfur...
