My first two fasts were definitely supervised by my chiropractor who also happens to be an acupuncturist and nutritionist, with knowledge of fasting. He kept tract (track?) of my BP, I monitored my own blood Sugar (daily), and I even had his home phone number (which he said to call if need be) with any concerns.

This is excellent advice, and thank you for the reminder!
