Sorry that I wasn't here to help with this one; however I see that Luella filled in capably and caringly and my esteemed friend from South Africa, natural cancer researcherMarc Swanepoel, was kind enough to provide an excellent reply.  Many others also came forth with advice and that is a credit to the caring nature of many here on CureZone.  However, I can't but think that you have had (and listened to) so much advice that you may be a bit overwhelmed by it all.

Reading your original post of all the things you were doing reminds me of when I first began researching cancer in earnest and came upon the Minnesota Wellness site (now International Wellness), the Cancer Tutor Site, Annie Appleseed, Rain Tree Nutrition, and other sites and forums and was simply overwhelmed.  There are so many, many alternative therapies and protocols out there - around 400 and counting now - and a great many of them do work to a greater or lesser extent.  I was totally confused at first and I think that many who follow the path of learning about how to naturally deal with cancer and other chronic conditions will continue to do so.

That is a driving thought behind the book I am now working on - to lay out a plan that overwhelms cancer by addressing all that we know about it without overwhelming the reader with choices and conflicting information.  I still have much work to do, especially research into what supplements and protocols may be incompatible with one another or which ones, like Marc Swanepoel pointed out, may be taxing the system too much by doing too much of the same thing.

My advice to you is to follow Marc's suggestions.  He has had absolutely wonderful results in South Africa.  I looked at his suggestions and agree completely.
