i have been doing about 6-800mg a day and the bromide zits haf increased but are not painful. the smaller amount of I2 is resulting in less bromine being kicked out of fat. not as much need for salt. but my skin is cleansing like a..., well, you know. little hard plugs are slipping right out now in addition to the whiteheads. i'm a teenager again!!!
