I have a sore throat, extremely runny nose, and lots of sneezing.

I've had no dairy for 3 weeks. I've been modifying and greatly improving my diet during the past 3 weeks, and am using LBB, Kidney Cleanse, and the DeWormer.

My first "cold" in 2-3 years.
