It sounds like it may be hormonal, so I definitely would get my hormone levels checked. I suspected I had low testosterone so I had a blood test and sure enough it came back that it was very low. I see a kinesiologist, who is a chiropractor that uses muscle testing to diagnose problems. He could see through the muscle tests that my pituitary gland was not working right and he put me on some homeopathics (drops you put under your tongue). My testosterone came up fourfold in 5 months.
