It sounds like you did pretty well Sophie. As you said, it could have been a lot worse. That actually does not sound that bad to me. You would be suprised about how many people eat their dinner at McDonalds every night. You may be a little scared, but if I were you I would be looking forward to the program you are getting ready to start. I don't have an ED but I know with my problems I am always looking forward to seeing/talking with people who I think can help me. That is not to say that they all can or do, but I always look forward to hearing what they have to say. I am seeing my kinesiologist on friday and have been looking forward to it all week. I suffer from bad anxiety and it has gotten worse the last week or so and I want to see what he says. Anyway, we all love reading your posts! Keep us informed of your comings and goings!
