I am doing a castor oil pull right now. I did put 3 drops of peppermint in the mix just to ease the taste. It seems fine though. All I can taste is peppermint so that is good. It did seem thick to start with, but that didn't last long.

Ooopps....just got interrupted by the electrician at the door. Doesn't that always happen. I only got to OP for 10 minutes, but easily feel that I could have gone the 20. I will absolutely try castor oil again.
