If you have experienced gas and bloating from H2O2, then I respectfully suggest you may have too much impacted fecal matter in your colon causing this interaction. If I were you I would use a more aggressive roto router oxygen product like Homozon, Bioxycleanse or Oxypowder . The magnesium in these products along with the nascent oxygen will soften and remove the fecal matter. A quite opposite reaction to constipation can be expected.
Even good old Milk of Magnesia will work to unplug the colon.
