Vaccines containing more than 1 microgram have been banned for pregnant women and children under three in California and I think two other states. If you dont fall in to those categories your are at risk for mercury exposure for any vaccine you get.

Single dose vials without mercury have been available for pets for more than ten years probably 15 years or even longer. But doctors are a profit oriented profession and dont really seem to care about their patients in the US. 50 million americans are without health insurance plus 20 million aliens here that makes 70 million without health insurance or about 1/4 of the population. If you consider the lack of dental care it is probably about 1/3 of the population without health insurance.
