We do use distilled water, just wondering if Iodine is found in hard water. I could not drink the water in Texas unless it had ice and a straw. It was terrible.

My son has stayed up much longer than normal for him. I think the 50 mg. of Iodine gave him some pep! I hope it helps regulate his inner clock to where he's up during the day, and sleeping at night.
