When I have done the cleanse with H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) I've stopped cold turkey, but it would not be a bad idea to ease down from the cleanse as you have suggested. 20 drops gets pretty rude doesn't it? I didn't make it to 25 either for more than a couple of days.
