drs flechas and brownstein have patients that cant tolerate any Iodine and ones that can only do micrograms up to seemingly no limit. a lot of this has to do with the toxicity of the person. the idea is always to start low and work up.

i believe that eventually all intolerence to Iodine can be overcome, but it takes more time for some than others. we have already talked of the importance of cleansing with Iodine supplementation. always better out than in. once it is determined that iodine is needed(i dont see any way it cant be), then one should start at whatever level they can tolerate and work on the rest. some of us were just more prepared than others. my preparation took years. i wish i would have been doing iodine all along. it makes everything work better.
