Well..I did have him take the 8 drops at one time today. I told him he could even do 100 mg. with no problems. We'll see how he does on the 8 drops for now.

I'm up to 4 drops a day, and have been splitting mine into 2 doses, but I think I'll go ahead and do the 4 in the morning. The taste reminds me of the water in Texas..yuck!

In hard water, is there more Iodine or is the taste from other minerals?
