If you are concerned about heart problems. I have a book by a Medical Doctor who says in all most all cases of heart desease the person is low in Magnesium. It really bothered her that the medical profession never gives the patient magnesium. I use magnesium taurate. I heard it is the best and most easy to assimilate.
