:(  The headaches will go away...what you can try is a hot epsom salts bath or a hot epsom salts foot bath.  The foot bath will draw the toxins toward your feet and out.

Drink as much of the SWF as you can tolerate - every little bit helps.  Try to work your way up to the whole 32 ounces over the next couple of days.  It really does help!  I usually feel bloated and nauseated right after drinking it, but if I lay still for a little while, I can almost feel it draining out of my stomach.
