I had agoraphobia. Though I did not know it at the time, I had candida then. I was in my mid teens, and I was so panicked I did not leave the house once from mind-March until early August, when I was forced to. I moved in with my sister and got on a better diet and got some exercise, and it went away. I look back now, and had all the symptoms of candidiasis, which has come and gone in intensity throughout my life - only now in the last 5 years do I know what it was. Now, if my body is too toxic (ie. if I am over doing it with the candida killers or detoxing too rapidly, or if I get a candida flare, I get touches of that old anxiety, but nothing, and I mean NOTHING, like it was back then.
