Find a qualified chiro to manipulate the valve so that it can be put into place. I would question usage of ppi's unless theres actual excess acid (most people lack it). resolving the leak will prevent erosion of the esophagus. Taking ppi's will force the food to sit too long in the stomach and cause distension which can cause strain in the valve.
