For the inside: Take a piece of aluminum foil like a 3"x3" piece and place some natural waxed paper, same size as foil, over the foil. Place your index finger in the foil/waxed paper making an indentation.(The waxed paper will be on the inside.) Put a small amount of coconut oil in the indentation and refrigerate until solid. Insert the solid oil at night before you go to bed. If you use too much oil, when it melts, it will flow out of you. If this happens just spread it around...

This is also great for yeast infections. Use until you no longer have the problem.
