I definitely feel a lot better when I eat more raw, although I don't want to want to go 100% raw. I have a bottle of Bragg's ACV. I guess some people are taking their Iodine with the ACV. I've also heard it's good for the Gall bladder since it has Malic Acid. It's probably time to start using it again.
