I haven't been doing any testing. I think I will try painting as you suggest and see how that works. Sounds like a good idea, I am curious how that will turn out.

I'm not taking any prescribed Thyroid Meds, but I started taking a natural Whole Dessicated Thyroid Concentrate about 3 weeks ago because I was feeling exhausted. I am taking 1 a day and I'm not sure if I will continue after I finish this bottle. I have heard that they are similar to Armour, but supposedly not as strong:

I'm also taking Isocort (not a prescription either) for my Adrenals, and Colostrum among other supplements. The Colostrum really helped my energy level.
