Today is my first day of the cleanse. I have read Burroughs and Peter Glickman's book. I did not try the salt water flush as I don't believe that I will be able to stomach it. I did drink some laxative tea at around 4:00 a.m. I have had three bm's today as of 1:30 EDT. This is my first post anywhere on curezone though I have been reading and researching here for several months trying to educate myself so that I can become healthier.

I have a horrid headache. Real bad. I have migraines often. This doesn't feel like what is a normal migraine for me but it is bad enough that I want to eat to make it go away. Is a horrid headache very normal at the beginning of the cleanse?

I really don't want to give up before I begin...
