at 24, he should be able to do 8 drops of lugol's(50mg) standing on his head. if he had sever detox from that, he has really lived an unhealthy lifestyle. it would be a good indicator for him. it in no way would hurt him. i put my 15yo daughter on 50mg right off the bat. she does fine. in fact, she is over weight and plays tennis ont he varsity team as a sophmore and wins! she can out run and out distance most of her class. the Iodine gives her that much more strength, agility, mental clarity and stamina. plus, the fat is melting, her skin is gorgeous, her tan is incredible.
