Hi goodsamaritan55,

Sometimes we have to search for what works for us and it can be very frustrating.  How long did you try the apple cider vinegar and baking soda remedy?  Have you tried apple cider vinegar and honey?  What I do is use apple cider vinegar, honey and flaxseed oil together, once a day.  The next two times just apple cider vinegar and honey.  I have many personal testimonies and I have been doing this for two years.

What are sort of relief are you searching for?
