Hi.

i saw your message, and although this is a late reply i think i could give you some advice. Building muscle and losing fat dont go well together in reality. It is more feasible and efficient to concentrate on one at a time. Ideally i would train hard on the wieghts to stimulate muscle growth (which in turn increases metabolism and reduces the bodys fat levels) and once the desired figure you want has been reached i would then continue to lift weights, at the current intensity level to maintain the mass you gained but do not tempt to get any ''stronger'' just stay where you are, at the same time do aerobic exercise and eat 5% less calories a day than you do to maintain your body weight, and in fact on the bulking up stage i.e lifting weights you should be eating an extra 500 calries a day to fuel the muscles.

It is well known in the world of sports cience and physiology that training HARD (training hard with high intensity being the only way to stimulate maximum muscle growth) more than twice a week will lead to extreme overtraining VERY quickly, and as a result you will become weaker, more fatigued and lose weight, which is why so many ppl start weight training thinking the more they train the better, and subsequently stop becuase of their lack of identifying the principles of weight training

So ideally train every 4 days, so mon - fri - tues etc, on a 3 or 4 split routine, i.e you cover the whole body in 3 or 4 routines and no less or no more. train with the classic moves like deadlifts, squats, difts, a pull exercise and a push exercise like the bech press to stimulate the biggest gains!

Alyhough i am not a vegetarian and i do take whey isolate, i couldnt more highly recommend HEMP protein powder which provides a good amount of protein and amino acids

hope this helps, ask more if u want!
