i dont know which is more exciting, the things they explained that i wondered about or the the things they confirmed that i already figured was so. its great.

for example, dr flechas supported what i believe to be the case most of the time. i understand the need for Science to have empirical data, but to me, tests are nonsense.

this man sat in front of a room full of doctors and told them not to test for tsh in the first 6mo to a year because it would just upset themselves and their patients. he went on to explain, as did dr abraham, that this was to be expected that tsh would go up and down until Iodine sufficiency and efficient utilization had been acheived. it seems there is a lot of stuff goes wacky at first when Iodine is introduced.

the bottom line is that increased TSH is not a sign that Iodine supplementation is making the patient hypothyroid. got it? get it.
