that area used to be really tender. now it is not bad at all. i had one little shooting mild pain sensation tot he opposite side. i think this used to be a big problem for me. it has not bothered me in a long while. i had bad IBS and gluten intolerence. i just quit eating gluten altogether. it was weird at first but i got used to it. now i can eat it, but i chose not to 90% of the time or better.
