I use to have very bad palpitations & also A-Fib. Not anymore. I reduced my glutamate levels. I went on a "msg-free diet" & low glutamate foods & liquids(especially liquids). Do you take any supplements or meds? You could also be hydrolizing your kitchen producing what's called "free-glutamate". You have glutamate receptors in your heart & if you have too much glutamate in your system this is what happens along with many other symptoms.

Please consider this.
