skbruning...sorry for not getting back right away. I haven't been here for a little while. Don't know why I'm not getting email notification when I have it checked off.

But anyway, all I do is put about 1/4tsp of Sea Salt on a spoon or on my hand & put it towards the back of my mouth & chase it down with some water. You can do this twice if you like. I use Real Salt.
