yes, i have been here 5 yrs to help people who are very sick and have little money so it works well for them, but it is very important it is done right.  all at once is most people's preference and it works well.  hal started that backin the 90s and found it was easier on the immune system.  i am sorry about your mom, that is too bad, but yes, you are well and informed and setting a good example for your kids.
