If you don't then perhaps I will. I'm sure that the secret is in the abstinence of fat and I really don't think it makes that much difference whether there is a tablespoon of oil or a half a glass- But that is my opionion of course. I have only done one flush and have followed Andreas's protocol other than only having one teaspoon e/s per glass instead of table spoon. I will continue as before until I feel that I want to experiment and my need to experiment must come from my previous career as a problem solver/trouble shooter within the IT/Accounts function. I am ever questioning and delving to find the right answers. I alsao have an uncanny instinct as to where the anser lies.
