I also have had the same things happen to me. I used to be able to go out in public by myself and not be afraid at all. Now I want my husband by my side.sometimes I do feel better if I am by myself just at home. But everything is getting better day by day. I have been praying for God to help me and I know He will and He is bringing me up out of all of this anxiety attacks and will make me whole again. I have had the IUD out for almost 3 weeks. good luck to all and remember to PRAY!
