Thanks for message. I'm not scared at all. I feel great. I am really focusing on staying committed to my positive vision of making as many as 21 days. For a long time I have been fully physically capable of this but held back by anxiety. It was so meaningless! It hurt me so much. I would always go back into the food and get re-intoxicated. I would never fast as long as my body needed or thus get the healing of the fast. I am a food addict. Now with this fast it is different. I have positive support. Please read Shelton, Isabelle Moser, and others. There is nothing to fear from fasting. I am so excited finally to achieve this healing that I have wanted for so long.
