Wow, my mouth is watering already from reading about tasty foods. The FDA probably figured out that goose fat is healthier than the American chemical cooking fat (they're scared that the half of 1 percent of the US population that use it will not be patronizing hospitals as much), either that or it's some kind of international relations "cold war" with France. Do you know the reason?
