i'd say yes, it's possible to inhale very minute amounts if you're smelling the product. the quantities would be very very small however. if the msg, by weight, is say 0.2%, and you might only inhale a few molecules of the product, it's possible that you'd get maybe a molecule of msg.

i guess it would also depend on if msg is heavier than the product too, in which case it would sink toward the bottom of the mixture.
