Yes. 92 days on a water-only fast is really amazing.
However, I would err on the cautious side as there can be complications during that time, such as low electrolytes.
I have read numerous times by people such as Fuhrman (Student internee with Shelton), Shelton, Bragg, DeVries and others to undergo supervision for any fast longer than 5 to 10 days; and although contraindications do exist with water-fasting they are rare.
The longer the fast, the more care you will need to take in breaking it.
