I began flushing my system yesterday to rehydrate myself after my first flush. I drank a 20 oz. gatorade & about 80 oz. of water during the day, then roughly 20 oz. of diluted organic apple juice in the evening.

What do you know? By around 2:00 PM yesterday, I started having cold like symptoms; congestion, sinus headache, tiredness, low grade fever (99*-100*). I've seen this in other e-mails on CureZone. I guess some of the toxins post-flush may have made their way back into my system.

On a positive note, my bowels appear to be back on track.

My flush wrapped up this past Friday. Is it too late for an enema? Any suggestions would be helpful.
